  • Q. What precautions are in place whilst the pandemic is ongoing?

All safety and hygiene protocols are put into place such as personal protective equipment and sanitization. Additionally, all of our coaches are vaccinated and/or PCR tested regularly. In general, if any of our community has either been exposed to a COVID carrier or is feeling unwell, we do ask that for the appropriate time frame they refrain from attending our sessions to protect everyone.

  • Q. Can my child attend Heroes of Hope activities without their 1 to 1 support?

This always depends on the needs and the nature of each individual athlete. We often recommend that athletes come with their 1 to 1 support (parent, caretaker, etc.) for at least the first session so they feel comfortable with us. Ultimately, the goal is for all of our athletes to be training independently and to enjoy themselves.

  • Q. Do you have an age limit for people to access Heroes of Hope activities?

No. We work with children as young as 4 and our adult athletes are in their 40’s. We welcome everyone regardless of age or ability.

  • Q. What is the main cause in your list?

Lorem ipsum dolor amet consectetur adipisicing sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore magna aliqua enim minim veniam quis nostrud.

  • Q. My child would like to volunteer with Heroes of Hope. Are there opportunities for this to happen?

Yes! We have a Junior Coach program that includes training and gives opportunities for young adults to gain valuable experience, as well as make meaningful connections.

  • Q. How can I support Heroes of Hope?
There are many ways that you can get involved and support Heroes of Hope. We are always looking for help. Please email us and check out a few ways you can support us here.
  • Q: Are all coaches trained to deliver basic first aid?

There is a coach that is trained and certified in First Aid at every single session. As our coaching staff grows we are looking to continuously certify all of our coaches.
